Compliance Statement

Our Standards and Protocols:

1. Adoption of Standards: BPS formally adopts and enforces the AML/CFT Global Policy framework of our Licensed PSI.
2. Gatekeeping & Screening: BPS defers to the Licensed PSI as the final authority on client onboarding (KYC) and transaction screening. We utilize automated screening engines to prevent unauthorized transactions involving prohibited jurisdictions.
3. RFI Framework (On-Demand Documentation): To ensure trade integrity, BPS operates a reactive Request for Information (RFI) framework. Users are not required to upload documents for every transaction but must provide supporting trade data (e.g., invoices) within 24 hours when triggered by an RFI from the Licensed PSI.
4. Access Security: All portal logins require Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and all API communications are encrypted via industry-standard protocols.
