BPS does not provide regulated payment services, hold client funds, or act as a payment aggregator. All regulated financial activities-including account issuance, currency exchange, and fund settlement-are performed exclusively by our partner, a Licensed Payment Service Institution (PSI) in Singapore. BPS acts solely as a secure technology interface for the client's accounts hosted by the Licensed PSI.
