Data Handling and Processing:

1. Data Collection & Purpose: BPS collects business and personal data solely to facilitate onboarding and compliance with the Licensed PSI.
2. Third-Party Sharing: For the provision of regulated services, BPS transmits client data directly to the Licensed PSI via secure API for identity verification (KYC) and transaction processing.
3. Information Access: BPS maintains "read-only" access to connected account data via the Licensed PSI's API to provide clients with dashboard reporting and transaction history; this is not a custodial role.
