Key Clauses for BPS Platform Usage:

  1. Technology Role: BPS provides a non-custodial technology interface that allows users to transmit instructions to a Licensed PSI. BPS does not exercise power of attorney or discretionary movement over client capital.
  2. User Eligibility (Principal Status): The BPS portal is reserved for verified B2B Trading Companies. Every user warrants they are acting as the Principal and legal owner of the account and funds.
  3. Prohibited Use (No-Nesting): Users are strictly prohibited from using the BPS portal to process payments for third parties or act as a financial intermediary.
  4. Instruction Transmission: BPS ensures that instructions are transmitted to the Licensed PSI exactly as entered by the user, without modification.
  5. Service Fees: BPS charges separate fees for its technology services and portal access. These fees are settled directly into BPS's corporate accounts and are never co-mingled with the client's remittance principal or trading activities.
